How much do you charge?

Why do you charge for delivery when some suppliers offer free delivery?
 
A lot of companies that sell on-line do offer 'free' shipping.  Their version of 'free' is generated by over inflating the purchase price of the products to include the cost of carriage. We have thought about this method of pricing and marketing but have come to the conclusion that to operate in this manner, it will cost all of our customers more and not offer the fantastic value for money service which we have known for. When you shop with us you only pay for what you purchase. When shopping around for the best price please bear this in mind.
When can i expect my parcel?

If all the items you have ordered are in stock, Bar Equipment Direct aims to dispatch your order within 48 hours of purchase completion. Our standard delivery time after dispatch, for UK customers is 1-3 working days. For our European customer’s it's 3-7 working days, and for our worldwide customers 4-10 working days. If a delay is expected with your order we will contact you and inform you of the delay and let you know the expected length of the delay you may experience.

Can you deliver to me on the same day?

For deliveries in the United Kingdom we can arrange for your order to be delivered on specific days and at specific times including weekend delivery. This bespoke service can be tailored to suit your needs. Up-graded services do carry a small surcharge which depends on the service level that suits you best. Who Will Deliver My Order?

          

Bar Equipment Direct have chosen to use a number of the biggest and best parcel delivery companies in the UK that we feel offer the best value, service and destination coverage. The carrier we use to deliver your item(s) will depend on the size, value and destination of your order. We are constantly monitoring the performance of all of our carriers and proudly boast a 99.2% success rate for on time safe delivery of consignments.

Low value, small, light weight parcels to all UK, EU & Worldwide destinations are delivered for us by the Royal Mail.

85% of all orders dispatched from Bar Equipment Direct are carried by Parcelforce Worldwide, offering an excellent quality of service and impressive delivery times to all UK, EU & Worldwide destinations. Full on-line tracking and insurance against loss to the value of £150 as standard. A signature will be required on delivery, fear not if you are not available to accept your parcel the driver will leave a card to let you know they have missed you. The card will contain clear information on how to contact your local Parcelforce delivery depot so that you can arrange the re-delivery of your goods at a time that suits you.

If you have placed a large order with us that consist of a number of boxes being delivered to the same UK business address your order will be delivered by DHL Express. A signature will be required on delivery.

For large parcels, pallets and goods that are over 30kg in weight or longer than 1.5m we use TNT for all UK, EU & Worldwide delivery destinations.

Can I Track My Parcel?

When your parcel is dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email confirmation from our carriers which will contain all of the information needed to enable you to track your parcels progress whilst in transit.

If for any reason you have not received this information or you have placed an order over the telephone you can contact us directly on 0845 241 7815 and one of our team will be happy up-date your parcel(s) status. When contacting us regarding your orders progress, please have your order number to hand, this will help our team to deal with your inquiry more efficiently.

We are pleased to offer a 14Day* money back guarantee on all purchases from our store.

If items ordered from us no longer meet your requirements you are welcome to return them to us for either a refund, or replacement.

To return goods to us you will need a Returns Authorization Number (RAN) this will enable our staff to deal with your request without delay.

To generate a RAN you must contact us as soon as possible. Your request must be made within 14days from the date you received your parcel on 0845 241 7815 or by emailing returns@barequipmentdirect.com and advise us that you would like to send back a purchase. If you make your request via email you will be contacted by one of our team within 24 business hours with your RAN.

Before a refund or replacement of goods can be issued items must be returned to us for inspection, un-opened and un-used in a re-sealable condition. This includes all packaging, accessories, manuals and documentation that was enclosed within the original parcel.

Please be aware that the cost of sending goods back to us shall be paid by you. We strongly recommend that you use a service that is traceable, requires a signature on delivery and gives adequate insurance of goods against damage and loss whilst in transit. We DO NOT accept a Royal Mail proof of posting certificate as evidence of dispatch.

We understand that returning heavy and costly items to us can be expensive, we have negotiated a discounted rate with a range of couriers for our customers who need to ship back big and bulky items, If you would like to make use this service please do not hesitate in contacting us and one of our team will be happy to make the arrangements for you.

If you have received an item from us that you believe to be broken, damaged or faulty contact us directly on 0845 241 7815 or by emailing returns@barequipmentdirect.com within 5 business days from the day you received your item. We will immediately issue you with the Returns Authorization Number; this will enable your refund claim to be handled swiftly and without un necessary delay.

Items will need to be returned to us for inspection and testing before a refund or replacement of goods can be issued. When returning items to Bar Equipment Direct you must include all packaging, accessories, manuals and documentation that were enclosed within the original parcel.

Please be aware that the liability of sending goods back to us shall be borne by you. We strongly recommend that you use a service that is traceable, requires a signature on delivery and gives adequate insurance of goods against damage and loss whilst in transit.

We DO NOT accept a Royal Mail proof of posting certificate as evidence of dispatch. We reserve the right to have the goods collected at our expense by a courier of our choice. If this is needed we will work with you to ensure that the collection is made on a day that suits you best but we can not give specific collection times.

Once goods have been received by us and your claim for damage or fault has been up held we will of course refund the cost of shipping the items back to Bar Equipment Direct in full.
